Jacob married Mary GIBBS? on date unknown. Mary was born about 1772 in St Mary's, Monmouth. She died 1 17 Nov 1873 in 12 South Street, Bethnal Green.

Mary was counted in a census 2 1841 in Skinner Street, Without. She was counted in a census 3 1851 in 19 Skinner St, Bishopsgate, London. She was counted in a census 4 1861 in Gingerbread Court, 3 Arms Rooms, St Botolph Bishopsgate. She was counted in a census 5 1871 in Gingerbread Court, DAH, St Botolph Bishopsgate.

Her maiden name is probably Gibbs as she uses this on the 1871 census.
