He died 01 June 1940 in Hawkhurst Cottage Hospital, Sussex. Minnie Rose (Basson) BASTON, daughter of Thomas (Basson) BASTON and Rose Hannah COLE , was born 14 February 1864 in Northleach, Gloucestershire. She died 12 June 1933 in Hawkhurst Cottage Hospital, Sussex.
