John Stevens & Mary Whale 1760 Leigh, Kent, Marriage Register John Stevens of this Parish batchelor & Mary Whale of this Parish spinster were married in this Church by banns this eleventh day of October 1760 by George Hillingtone, Curate. Witnesses: Wm Tarrant & John Carpenter (these appear on most marriages around this date).
