16384. John BASTON [scrapbook] was christened 1 26 Aug 1553 in St Mary's Bampton, Oxfordshire. He was buried poss 11 Jul 1630 in St Mary's Bampton, (John a householder). John married 2 Elizabeth ALDER on 25 Nov 1583 in St Mary's Bampton, Oxfordshire.

Probably the John Baston mentioned as a "Vicars' Warden" 1603-1609 as a witnessing signature to the copying of the 1538 - 1613 paper registers onto parchment by the Rev. Robert Joy (instituted 1595, died 1614).

1589 Will of father John Baston, left rest of his estate.
1604 Will of mother, Elizabeth Baston left 2 bushels of wheat and one bushel of barley.
1630 his will & probate.

16385. Elizabeth ALDER [scrapbook] was born about 1563 in Oxfordshire?. She died date unknown.

Agnis BASTON [scrapbook] was christened 1 2 Nov 1585 in St Mary's Bampton, Oxfordshire. She died date unknown in bef 1588?.

1589 Left 2 bushels of barley in her grandfather, John's will.
1604 Will of her grandmother, Elizabeth Baston she was left one bushel of barley & one of the best pewter platters.

Agnes BASTON was christened Jan 1588 in St Mary's Bampton, Oxford. She died date unknown.

Possibly the same Agnes born 1585 and date has been misread for 1588.
1589 Left 2 bushels of barley in her grandfather, John's will.
1604 Will of her grandmother, Elizabeth Baston, she was left one bushel of barley & one of the best pewter platters.

Margery BASTON [scrapbook] was christened 1 5 Jan 1589 in St Mary's Bampton, Oxfordshire. She died date unknown.

1604 left one bushel of barley in her grandmother, Elizabeth will.
8192 M iv John BASTON was christened 11 Aug 1593 and was buried poss 6 Apr 1645.
