[ Parents] 1703 Born Bampton, Oxfordshire. 1704 baptised in St Mary's Bampton. 1726 Married in All Saints Church, Oxford. 1769 mentioned in a deed of sale for land in Bampton 1771 Death & burial in Bampton. 1777 Mention of his children in his brother Jonathan Baston's will. It looks as though on William's death, his son William inherited the house in Broad Street, Bampton, this in turn went to his son Francis and the land at Buckland to his son Thomas,  William's (1704) great grandson, John Baston is shown as still living in Broad Street in the 1861 census with his wife Jane (Kitchener).

He was left a legacy 3 in his uncle Jonathan's Will 1777, Weald Bampton, Oxfordshire He was in the Oxford Quarter Sessions court as a witness 4on 11 Nov 1799. He was named in a will 5 in 1819 in Glympton Oxfordshire. He has this 2007 document 6 for thoughts on sorting out the children of Honeybone vs Fox 1777 Mention in his uncle Jonathan Baston's will 1819 Mentioned in brother Francis' will (both a John & Jonathan are separately mentioned).
	M	iv	John (Bason) BASTON-4839 was born about 1733. He was christened in possibly 1779 Ardington "John Baston received into the Church"). He died on 12 Apr 1793 in Ardington, Berkshire. He was buried on 15 Apr 1793 in Holy Trinity Church, Ardington, Berkshire (transcript "aged, pauper"). He was left a legacy 1 is his uncle Jonathan's Will 1777, Weald, Bampton, Oxfordshire He was named in a will 2 in 1819 in Glympton, Oxfordshire. We know for Elizabeth's 1742 Will that William had a son John and that is why he is added in here. There is an entry in the registers for Ardington for a John being received into the Church 17th January 1779 and also a burial entry for a John 14th April 1779 although this may be a base child to one of his daughters?

Thomas was named in a will 2 in 1819 in Glympton Oxfordshire. 1817 Mentioned in brother Francis' will.
