Unto my beloved wife Sarah Baston for and during so much of the term or terms which I have therein as she shall happen to live and remain in widowhood and from -------- and after the decease or second marriage of my said wife whichever shall first happen, I give and devise all the aforesaid messuage, orchard and premises with the appurtenances unto my said kinswoman Martha Carter her Executor Administration and assigns for and during all the residue and remainder of my Estate term or terms and interest which shall be therein then to come and unexpired.
